2012 Hayward Long Leadership Award

The Hayward Long Leadership Award is awarded annually to a PISA member who has exhibited strong leadership whether within PISA or the Private Security Services Industry. The individual who has exhibited outstanding leadership ability based on Integrity, Courage, Commitment, Honor and Excellence in the private security services profession in the Commonwealth of Virginia will be evaluated for this award. This award is given in recognition of Mr. Hayward Long for his dedication, personal integrity, and demonstrated leadership in more than 21 years of service in the private security industry.

8th Annual Don Koch PSS Instructor Award

This award is presented to honor a Private Security Services Instructor who embodies the qualities and attributes modeled in the classroom by our dear friend and courageous leader, Don Koch.
